We can all choose to feel beautiful … and if we do, we will truly be beautiful. 

Take It Easy
A certain amount of stress in your life may be inevitable, but when you don’t manage your stress well, many other problems may compound. God wants peace and prosperity for each of us; we’ve been given the means for this through the renewing of our minds.
